The Building Process
Step 1
The first phase in our building process includes an initial meeting with us. We know building a house is an intimidating process, but we're here to make it easy for you. Our main goal above all else in this meeting will be to get to know each other and make sure we are a good fit. We can answer all of your questions and you can answer ours. This is where we will learn more about what you're envisioning.
Step 2
During the planning phase, we will finalize the location, the design plan, the budget, and the schedule. If you already have a complete floor plan ready to go, we can get right to pricing your build out. If you need a floor plan, we have an in-house Architect to help you create the perfect plan for you and your family.
Step 3
This is the fun phase where you will get to make the selection of all of your design aspects (such as flooring, cabinets, paint colors, and many more). This is the time to bring us all your Pinterest ideas, photos and inspiration. During this phase, we love to have homeowners drop by to see the progress being made.
There will be a number of walk-throughs that we want you to be apart of. You will be given a construction key and we encourage you to stop by the job site as much as possible. Remember this is your home too!
We'll be in constant communication throughout this entire phase. Text us, call us, email us, stop on by anytime.
Step 4
So close to moving in! After we finish the last few touch ups and inspections, it is time for the final key turnover.
